1. Kick-off: Focus your brain keynote

During this presentation, Florence Pérès (author of the book Digital Detox) will explain what ‘always on’ does to our brain and why it dramatically affects our performance and increases our stress. Your employees will definitely be motivated to join in the rest of the programme.

2. Digital Balance workshops for managers

We zoom in on a brain-friendly focus policy and consider what leaders can do within their team to prevent (digital) stress and provide more focus opportunities in order to increase the efficiency of the team.

3. Digital Balance workshops

During the workshops the participants are stimulated to improve their digital habits based on self-insight and the Touchpoint method. We provide useful tips for more digital mastery and more focus that participants can use taking into account their own situation.

4. Online & offline activities relating to Digital Balance

We will create additional awareness with fun challenges for your employees. Posters in the workplace will then make them aware of the importance of brain rest. Short films will be shown in which Florence Pérès addresses a number of insights.

5. Focus Policy

Together, we will draw up a Focus Policy that defines the vision of the accessibility and availability of your employees and the use of the most optimal touchpoints. One of the most important components of such a policy is the Focus Charter, which includes amongst others the expectations regarding email response times as well as details of which systems and touchpoints are used for internal and external communication.

6. Focus Policy rollout

As the last part of this programme, we will create the most optimum possible adoption of the policy relating to connectivity and the use of touchpoints. We will lay out an internal communication plan as well as an adoption programme and info session for all employees, in line with your corporate strategy.
