Assessment stress and energy

We will measure your employees’ enthusiasm and how burnout-proof your organization and teams are.

Stress and energy

Better Minds at Work offers a psychosocial stress risk analysis. Companies are obliged by Belgian law to identify their psychosocial stress risk factors.

We will go 1 (crucial) step further: as well as the stressors we will also measure what energizes your employees. This analysis will be tailored in each case to the department, team and/or function.

What’s more, Better Minds at Work is your partner in creating support for this survey among your employees. We will put forward a positive story and ensure that they are aware of the importance of the survey, both before and after.

We will start by consulting with some key players (HR, prevention, etc.). We will discuss the specific content of the survey and listen to the expectations. This working group will state which teams should be tested. Employees will receive an email invitation to take part. After the survey, employees will receive an individual report  with a balanced summary of their results and a number of tailored recommendations. The reports will be developed upon completion. We will present the results to the working group (and managers if desired) and draw up an action plan together.

If desired, we will be pleased to keep our finger on the pulse afterwards with interim (short) surveys.

“We conducted a wellbeing survey at Estée Lauder with our 1000+ employees in Belgium. Our employees were incentivised to take part by a lovely video, and their responses gave us a very good insight into what energises them and what stressors they are subject to in the workplace. We also got an exact picture of existing burnout complaints and of which teams were enthusiastic about their work. The Better Minds at Work team’s approach is no-nonsense, proactive and connected. They have their feet on the ground, possess a great deal of expertise and know how to communicate resilience, agility and passion. They have now become part of the organisation and creative initiatives spring from that source! The wellbeing survey is highly recommended if you want to make your organisation resilient!”

“In the search for a partner for a wellbeing survey, we compared Better Minds at Work with three other candidates. Better Minds stood out straight away because they very deliberately also measure the positive aspects at the workplace, such as employees’ energy sources and enthusiasm. The results showed that it was the right decision: the analysis gives a much more complete picture if you can draw up a balance of positive and (more) negative aspects in your teams and can then address both. You could complete the questionnaire in around 20 minutes, which was great for all the employees, in view of the fact that the questions were very clearly formulated. The report of the results was presented very clearly and is enormously useful for our wellbeing policy. I was given very concrete tools and can be sure I’m on the right track in the short and long term. An extra advantage of Better Minds at Work is their aftercare, they’re a wonderful partner, not just a supplier. At the moment, Better Minds at Work coaches are helping a number of our employees to improve their resilience. In short, I can fully recommend the wellbeing survey conducted with Better Minds at Work.”
