Thank you for your time and the interesting phone call last week. During our conversation we discussed how the brand new team of Phoenix Leaders would benefit from a teambuilding where the team can meet in an inspiring environment. Each participant will get out of their comfort zone, both physically and mentally, in order to build better teamwork. The goals for this teambuilding are: improving self-knowledge, boosting connectivity and enabling resilient communication. I’ve put some ideas in the slides below but would like to discuss this further over the phone.
