Now more than ever our wellbeing & resilience is key, as the past year was far from what we ever expected. Each of us had our own wellbeing challenges, whether working at home or being on the road. Our daily routine has changed and we see that adjusting to this new reality for a longer period has an impact on many of us, whether this is related to physical or mental wellbeing. Therefore, we want to continue to give extra attention to our wellbeing, to ensure that we continue to thrive & build our resilience.

Why? We want to give you the opportunity to take the time to reflect and regain focus on your wellbeing; how are you currently feeling and are there any area’s that need attention? Do you still feel energized?

Team of professional coaches
We have engaged in a collaboration with the coaches’ team from Better Minds at Work to help you with any issues you may have that are related to feeling well in your professional life and balancing this with personal aspirations, doubts or issues. If you feel you need sparring or help from someone with an external view on things, we invite you to contact one of the below coaches.

You are entitled to 5 sessions that are free of charge. Your participation in this program will remain anonymous, Better Minds will not report back any individual’s names. Use the opportunity to focus on your wellbeing and give yourself the time needed to reflect and rebalance.

The sessions can take place online or offline, what you prefer. You can choose a coach based on the language, location or content. It’s up to you! The sessions take 1 hour.

Anja Van Nueten

Anja Van Nueten has more than 20 years of experience at a multinational as responsible Internal Communication and People Development. She was closely involved in major learning and change processes, of which coaching and coaching of employees were an integral part.

Her entrepreneurial spirit ensured that Anja specialized in burn-out and career guidance. Anja mainly coaches white-collar workers and management profiles, as well as (starting) entrepreneurs. She combines her empathic listening skills with a direct and powerful questioning that brings the coachee to a higher level of awareness. Her personal experience with various themes within Human Resources and business gives her a good connection with the daily life of the coachee.

As 'Dreamcatcher and Matchmaker' she considers it a privilege to be in the front row when people (re)discover their dreams or talents. She was the first Belgian woman ever in the Tennis Top 10 of the world! Meanwhile, she has been active in the corporate and sports world as a mental coach for 15 years. As a certified performance coach (LinkUp coaching, Paris) and resilience coach and career coach (Better Minds at Work), Dominique combines her rich life experience as a top athlete and her coach training to let people develop more energy and resilience during career coaching. She is known for her authenticity, positive attitude and accessibility. During career coaching she likes to discover with you what your personal needs are in order to experience more job satisfaction.

Kris Colpaert

Kris Colpaert has a Master in Labor and Organizational Psychology. She has been active in the business world for more than 20 years, guiding companies in their growth and the continuous development of their employees. She has worked as HR Manager for Alcatel Microelectronics, Telindus and Innogenetics. Kris gets a lot of positive energy from personal coaching and career guidance. Going out on the road with someone, asking them questions and making the others grow. Getting someone to come to insights, working together on convictions in a quiet way. And all this in a confidential atmosphere.

Kris still works with companies, as a trainer, HR consultant or coach. Topics such as intergenerational collaboration, diversity, increasing resilience, reducing stress, developing a growth mindset and team development are topics on which Kris gives workshops and facilitates. In addition, she teaches the subject 'development of coaching skills' to students of business psychology at the University of Ghent. Attracting the interest of the students and seeing their 'desire' to learn and grow gives it just that other dimension.

Today, Miet is a certified coach. As an executive, career and mental coach she guides professionals to be more focused in life. She is also an expert trainer in the field of focus, talent management & wellbeing.
It is her mission to make an impactful contribution to the growth of organizations through the development of people.
