Focus policy

Focus policy

Do you have questions about whether or not to draw up guidelines on connectivity? How do you as a company or supervisor deal with flex work and “the right to unavailability or deconnection”?

Thanks to digitization, we are able to explore other forms of collaboration. And that creates challenges. Think of working from home or working in a multinational with different time zones to name but a few examples. What can we expect from our employees? How do you deal with individual choices and the collective interest?

Together with you we draw up a Focus Policy, which defines the vision and guidelines on the accessibility and availability of your employees and on the use of the most optimal touchpoints. When should my employees be reachable, what is the desired response time, which communication channel do we use to discuss, which systems can be used more efficiently to work together, how can my employees focus on their priorities, how can we limit e-mail overload,… are some of the questions that are addressed.

A Connectivity or Focus charter can therefore be drawn up including these guidelines. We will be happy to give you tailor-made advice in addressing a Focus policy and deploying it in the best possible way within your organization.
