Keynotes

Music as metaphor and inspirationsource

Music is an inexhaustible source of inspiration when it comes to collaboration. It is the world of different instruments whose differences together can make a difference. If only we are willing to listen to each other, tune in and play together.

In this customized, interactive presentation, Richard takes you into the world of change and effective collaboration. Using music as a metaphor, he compares characters of people to instruments (team roles) and cooperation in the team to the sparkling interplay in an orchestra.

Develop resilience as an individual or organization

It is mostly the unplanned and unwanted changes that hurt. Because let’s be honest, getting triple the salary to do exactly the same thing is a change…but we can have it.

There is no need to explain that we live in special times that call for a different approach. And the special thing about that different approach is that we don’t yet have answers to the WHAT and HOW. That we must increasingly get used to uncertainty and even be challenged to embrace it.

This keynote will discuss the 3 forms of resilience that can help compose beautiful music for the future. Mental resilience is about I, what can I try to do to work on my personal resilience. Social resilience is about WE, what can we as a group, team, department do to try to become resilient together. And Operational resilience is about THE, how can we come up with ground rules, procedures, processes that make us agile as an organization.
