Sabine Wanmaker

Sabine Wanmaker is Country Manager in the Netherlands for Better Minds at Work. She is a doctor in psychology (Erasmus University Rotterdam) and after her PhD she moved to the HR world to put her scientific insights into practice. At Shell she gained broad experience in the Netherlands and Poland: from remuneration policy, HR analytics, increasing employee engagement to advising executives. Her interest in societal challenges and strategic HR brought her to the Municipality of Amsterdam, where she developed her skills in strategic advice. Sabine gives enthusiastic lectures – from Cape Town, New York, Hong Kong to Lima and knows how to enthuse people and groups with her energy like no other. Sabine is keen to find the best, integral solution for every challenge and is the first point of contact in the Netherlands for Better Minds at Work.
