Together with a number of key players in your organization, we will assemble a toolkit as a guide for burnout prevention and reintegration.

Using advice and decision trees, managers and employees will be able to deal with signs of (chronic) stress and burnout in their team members. Furthermore, a decision tree can also serve as a guide when a team member is absent because of burnout: how do you as a manager deal with your employee, how do you support the team in your charge where an employee has dropped out due to burnout, and how do you support your employee’s reintegration?

Objective: During a consultancy project the consultant will help the company to develop and deploy an HR policy that takes into account employees who are facing burnout. The consultant will help think of ways in which the current HR policy can be reconciled with the specific needs of employees who are facing burnout. What is desirable and what is feasible for the company? What fits the corporate culture? Where are changes needed? The consultant will plot a process with you and support the company during implementation. The consultant will also empower both the employer and the employee in the implementation of a possibly adjusted HR policy and with the effective execution of a return-to-work policy.
