Action Stations!
We will develop a number of communication scenarios tailored to your team and then start working with you. We will play out a number of situations that get totally out of hand and discuss the missteps. Participants will find out what it means to approach challenging conversations.
Do not expect typical (rigid) role-bound conversations, but a dynamic session in which you truly find out how to approach the dialogue resiliently and, at the same time, empower yourself and the other person.
