Currently there is a lack of trust within the management team. The team spirit is non existing or is on a lower level.
The assignment is:
- To interview the 7 members of the management team.
- Based on the output of the interviews make an analysis of the issues and the sentiments within the team.
- To report to and advise the Plant Manager on how to turn around the situation and build ONE team again.
