II) A simplified model that can be used as a common
thread throughout the wellbeing project
III) Enabling tools (development initiatives) for the
management
IV) KPI for wellbeing
In the next phase, we can draft a presentation for the management board, have a deeper dive in the content of specific sessions on wellbeing for your leaders and employees, as well as tailor it to the findings in the People Survey.
