As you pointed out, the specific role of each leader is an important aspect to emphasize in these COVID-19 times. Moreover, we at Better Minds at Work are convinced that the creation of perspective in one’s team is also a vital task of each leader. This ownership to create perspective is something that we can address in keynote sessions and/or online workshops with a deep dive about how to create this perspective.
