Based on our conversation, we are happy to work out a proposal for a 360° trajectory for the managers within MobieTrain.
As a young organization, MobieTrain has grown enormously in a short time. In addition to the challenges that a fast-growing startup experiences, there is also an increasing need to guide and grow the rapidly growing team of leaders. But the demand for growth of executives initially raises the question of where they should grow. Which competencies are necessary to be a successful leader within MobieTrain? And if we have determined this, what are the already developed competencies and talents of the current team? And what can each individual grow into? And how?
